John Bereznicki brings more than 20 years of capital markets and management consulting experience. Since joining IG Private Company Advisory, John has embraced the opportunity to work alongside private business owners and executives to help them achieve their corporate objectives.

John has spent much of his career analyzing companies and industries, with a sharp focus on value creation. He brings this passion to IG Private Company Advisory, where he enjoys helping clients better understand how to maximize the value of their business.

In addition to using the analytical skills he developed as a Chartered Financial Analyst, John’s management consulting experience makes him well equipped to work alongside senior management to help them develop long-term strategic plans. “Providing a custom, fully integrated approach to corporate value creation is core to what we do at IG Private Company Advisory.”  

Jean-Stuart Tardif leads IG Private Company Advisory in Quebec. He has over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business valuation and business advisory services. He holds Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Professional Accountant designations, along with an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Master’s in Finance from Sherbrooke University.

Specializing in the middle market, Jean-Stuart focuses on steering companies toward financial prosperity and increasing shareholder wealth. “Guiding firms through the intricacies of financial growth and transition are cornerstones of my professional ethos,” he says. “My objective is to navigate our clients through the financial landscape with precision and foresight, ensuring their ventures thrive and their legacies endure.”

As a financial analyst, Cameron Cappelli has specialized in leveraged buyouts and structured financing for mid-market private equity platforms. He excelled in financial modelling, risk assessment and portfolio management. Previously, he managed financing solutions for real estate construction and property acquisitions across various asset classes. He began his finance career as an intern assisting with mezzanine finance transactions.
